Cute & comfy!, November 8, 2011 This review is from: Mephisto Women's Fiffi Boot (Apparel) I have been searching for comfortable, beautiful boots for a LONG time. I have bunions and nothing ever fits me - either they are wide enough but just not that comfortable or not snug in the right places or they are not wide enough and cause pain in my bunions, or they were plain ugly! I knew I found the boots for me immediately when I slipped these on. They are also stylish and will look great with jeans, leggings, skirts - anything really. Just perfect. I highly suggest buying a pair if you want well made, comfy, cute boots!

I broke my ankle last year and don't have as much flexibility as I used to. But I loved the look of the boots and decided to trust Mephisto and give them a try. I am happy to report that the boots slipped right on, even on my bad foot, with no trouble and I didn't have to open the half zipper.
They are a wonderful soft suede and totally comfortable. They are streamlined around the foot and make my size 9 feet look small and slender which is a bonus. I wanted a pair of slouchy boots I could wear all day in the house and out and about and these seem perfect for that. I think because of the soft suede I will be careful in keeping them clean and dry and not scraping the suede on things.
